Show Journal 2004-09-29
Day 13 – Our show tonight got cancelled so we opted to stay in Vegas another day. The morning started off right with a breakfast buffet and we wandered around the strip, checked e-mail, rode the Speed roller coaster and got our shop on. We took a few cabs that day. The first driver told us a story about how she saw someone get hit by a car and people came by and emptied out their wallet before the police arrived. The second driver asked if we “were here to party” and proceeded to give us the cards for some local prostitutes with his reference number on it. Later we hit up the Aladdin buffet and it was the best meal I’ve had in ages. At some point later in the evening Dave, Justin and Dan went out and Justin lost “a bunch of money” gambling but I am lame and slept through it.
